Thank you for shopping with Shop Bloom PVD. We carefully pack and ship each order with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During holidays, special events, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping timelines typically range from 2–7 business days once in transit.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select orders. Delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, this option will appear at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking updates once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Shop Bloom PVD is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your package is lost or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional support, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you contact us quickly after placing your order, we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@shopbloompvd.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
