Purple Acornz Creations began as a mother-daughter project, with Swati and Anouka making handcrafted jewelry together before gradually growing the idea into a collection of one of a kind apparel, accessories, and wearable art. Their work is rooted in thoughtful design and individuality, bringing together unique textiles, gemstones, and mixed metals in pieces that feel both personal and unexpected.
Each piece is created with a careful eye toward blending traditional influences with contemporary design. Textiles, gemstones, and mixed metals come together across their apparel and jewelry, with an emphasis on finding the right balance between materials, textures, and forms. Drawing inspiration from both India and New England, Purple Acornz is especially interested in contrast: soft alongside strong, delicate beside bold, and the familiar made slightly unexpected.
Most of the work happens in what Swati and Anouka call their “Room of Requirement,” a space that has become the heart of Purple Acornz over the years. Part studio, part sewing room, part jewelry bench, part office, and part storage, it holds every stage of their creative process under one roof. It’s a fitting space for a mother daughter practice that has grown organically, allowing tradition, experimentation, and individuality to exist side by side.

Apparently all those years of playing Tetris paid off: After 100+ markets, Purple Acornz can fit an entire market setup—including a tent, tables, displays, and inventory—into the backseat and trunk of a Tesla Model 3.
