Illustrations, books, and paper goods inspired by storytelling, cats, and everyday joy.
Studio Stardust is the creative practice of artist and illustrator Sol Heo, whose work spans colorful illustrations, risograph prints, hand bound books, stickers, and other paper goods. Their pieces are playful and approachable, often drawing inspiration from visual storytelling, beloved pets, and the small moments that make life feel a little brighter.
The name Studio Stardust comes from Sol's love of stars and sparkly things. Much like the name suggests, their work is created with the hope of bringing a bit of happiness into people's everyday lives.
Most projects begin in a sketchbook before being refined digitally, though Sol is always looking for ways to preserve the warmth and character of handmade work. Whether through hand drawn details, printmaking techniques, or bookbinding, there's a strong connection to traditional craft throughout their process.
A recurring source of inspiration is Sol's cat, whose influence can be found across much of their work. That personal touch, paired with a soft color palette and playful sense of humor, gives Studio Stardust its distinctive voice.

Why Bloom?
“I've been wanting to sell my art at a physical location for a while now, and I wanted to join a space that was specially curated for artists that make such wonderful and whimsical works - as well as stay local to the city I lived in for the past 4 years!” - Sol
Fun Fact
Sol almost named their business after their cat!
