Milk & Rose is a woman-owned jewelry brand redefining luxury through sustainability, ethical production, and timeless design. Founded by Pelin Çınar in 2019, the brand blends soft elegance with bold silhouettes, creating jewelry that feels just as good to wear as it does to stand behind.
Each design begins with a sketch at Pelin’s home in Brooklyn before being modeled in 3D, refined through sampling, and produced in small batches using 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, rhodium, or solid gold. These materials are all fully recyclable without releasing toxins, meaning there’s no waste, and any damaged or returned pieces are saved to be melted down and reused. It’s a production model built around quality, responsibility, and longevity.
Milk & Rose is made across two places: a long-trusted manufacturer in Italy for its “Essentials” line, and a small studio in Türkiye where retired or differently-abled generational artisans handcraft the Handmade Collection. The brand is proud to offer livable wages, low-pressure work environments, and to help sustain legacies of craftsmanship that are too often overlooked.
One of the details that sets Milk & Rose apart is the thoughtful design of even its boldest pieces- like the signature Pop Ring, which features a custom inner plate for comfort and structure without compromising beauty.
