There’s something playful and grounded in every piece Julianna creates, a squiggle that loops just right, a soft spiral, a molten curve that feels like it’s dancing. Her jewelry is full of motion and memory, crafted to feel as joyful and personal as a favorite doodle or a beachcomber’s treasure.
Julianna works primarily in Lost Wax Casting, an ancient method that begins with melted jeweler’s wax- dropped, dripped, and gently shaped into fluid forms by hand. Her process is part sculpture, part meditation. Once the design is ready, it’s cast with the help of a small Pawtucket-based foundry, transforming those delicate wax sketches into lasting pieces of jewelry that hold every tiny texture and intention.
Her signature is unmistakable: free-flowing lines, waves, spirals, and squiggles that have been with her since childhood- drawn in notebooks, margin by margin, until they became something more. Now, they live as earrings, rings, and necklaces that are equal parts playful, elegant, and deeply meaningful.
She crafts each design from a cozy window-side desk in her Providence apartment, where her studio blends into her living room. The space is filled with art from local makers, objects collected on her travels, and one very lovable cat named Sassy. It’s a space of comfort, creativity, and sunshine- and it shows in everything she makes.

Why Bloom?
“I’ve dreamed for years of a space where local artisans can showcase their work and host workshops. When I moved to Providence three years ago, I immediately thought Wickenden St would be the perfect spot. When I saw the space for lease, I even considered renting it myself—but I just wasn’t in the right place for it yet. So, when Shop Bloom opened and made that dream a reality, I was beyond thrilled! Julianna grew up in Los Angeles and now proudly calls Providence home. Her designs reflect the sunny, creative energy of both coasts- a perfect blend of laid-back California and community-rich Rhode Island.
