An intimate healing circle for high-functioning Black women seeking rest, release, and reconnection. Hosted by licensed therapist and dance/movement therapist Jasmine Dowery, this 90-minute experience blends guided journaling, intuitive movement, and therapeutic art in a soft, affirming space.

Rooted in the Rehumanizing Method™, this workshop helps participants unlearn the Superwoman Schema, practice emotional regulation, and return to self-trust. Think: candlelit vibes, R&B healing playlists, and intentional community care. No therapy required—just come as you are.
