Tarot originated as a game—it should be fun! In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll take a playful approach to reading the cards, exploring tarot’s history, structure, and traditional symbolism, approaches to crafting meaning, and hands-on exercises to deepen your connection to the cards. No rote memorization required!
Come launch your tarot journey with an intimate group of supportive, like-minded tarot explorers. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and their own tarot deck. A small selection of pre-loved decks will be available for purchase.
River (they/them) is a professional tarot reader, teacher, and herbalist passionate about (re)conecting people to their own innate power and wisdom through the cards. Their approach to tarot synthesizes a broad range of influences to co-create grounded, empowering, and actionable insight.
