Not Meant to Be Alone: Relational Wellbeing Workshop + Mixer
Location: Shop Bloom PVD, 243 Wickenden Street, Providence, RI
Sunday, October 19th 3-5pm
In a world where we’re flooded with the illusion of connection, we often feel deeply disconnected and alone in real-life, with the real-people around us. Whether you’re single, dating, situationship-ing, or in a relationship: this workshop mixer is for you. In this mixer, we’ll kick it off with a rich conversation on what it means to have fulfilling relationships, friendships, and dating experiences: we’ll explore what’s really going on in our connections, and explore some practical ways we can foster more fulfilling relationships in our lives — with friends, community, in dating or in relationships (HELLOOO Cuffing Season). You’ll walk away with practical tools on how to create more satisfaction in your relationships in this season of life, and hopefully a new (or a few) connections with “your people.”
Your Host, Bri, is a dual-certified Integrative Health Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher with a background in Trauma-informed care, healing justice, and identity inclusion. She carries a depth in understanding who her clients are and seeing clearly their struggles, what makes or breaks wellness from the systemic to the personal, and loves curating space for folks to connect authentically and leave feeling fulfilled. Bri loves the work of personal wellbeing and relationships, and believes there's a richer conversation to be had on how those two go hand-in-hand, especially amongst marginalized communities like that she comes from. She founded her business, (Be)Coming, as a centralizing hub for her offerings as a coach, consultant for organizations, curator of custom experiences and events, and creator of tools for tending to your wellbeing mind, body and soul.
